Refund policy

We want you — and your pet — to be happy. If you're unsatisfied with your FurKova order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@furkova.com.

We offer:

• Full refund to your original payment method (for damaged or incorrect items)
• Store credit or exchange (for change-of-mind returns)

To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Photo evidence may be required for damaged goods claims.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
