Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Delivery to Canada and the United States takes 7–12 business days after processing, depending on your location and chosen product. All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once shipped.

FurKova ships from our fulfillment partners in China using tracked international courier services (CJPacket, Yunexpress). While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs clearance or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Free shipping applies to orders over $65 CAD. Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
